Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by RJDK Digital to explain how DrinkCartPing handles information. It describes our current practices and is not an independent audit or certification.

1. Who we are

DrinkCartPing is operated by RJDK Digital. For any privacy question, email ron.johnson@rjdkdigital.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information for course admins and staff: name, email address, and login credentials managed by our authentication provider (including Google sign-in if you choose it).
• Course information you enter: course name, hole numbers, and settings.
• Request data created when a golfer taps a hole QR code: the hole number, timestamp, any optional note, and request status. Golfers are not required to create an account and we do not ask them for their name, email, or phone number.
• Billing information handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status and identifiers; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical data such as log and error information generated when the app is used.

3. How we use information

To operate the Service (routing requests to the right clubhouse dashboard), to authenticate users, to process subscriptions, to provide support, to keep the Service secure, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

• Supabase — database, authentication, and realtime updates
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Lovable — application hosting and deployment

These providers process data on our behalf so the Service can function. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data sharing between courses

Course data and beverage cart requests are scoped to the course they belong to. Admins and staff of a course can see that course's requests; other courses cannot.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account and course data for as long as your account is active. Request records are kept so courses can review activity history. If you cancel and want your data deleted, email us and we will delete your account and associated course and request data, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to ron.johnson@rjdkdigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS, access to course data is restricted by database-level access rules, and payment card data is handled by Stripe. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If you believe you have found a security issue, email us at the address above.

10. Children

The Service is intended for golf course operators and their guests. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
